Since 2006 we have been a well-established staffing company specialising in providing skilled seasonal and fixed-period staff for the hotel industry.
Our role
We collaborate with the Hotel labor organizations in each country in order to secure the industry with well-trained talent and constant development of both performance and growth.
Our services establish a connecting link between seasonal staff and employers, by building up and strengthening qualifications and skills within service operations, and by supplying hotels with seasonal staff when needed.
Our services are designed to meet the industry's current needs, while at the same time creating more opportunities for our candidates.
Our vision
Our vision is to help all parties involved, employees as well as employers, through the use of European free movement and the right of residence within the EU.
We offer various job positions within the hotel industry. The positions are aimed at those who want to develop their skills further, but also at people without previous experience; the work experience offers the competence and support needed to succeed in the hotel and restaurant industry.
For foreign citizens we offer support and guidance on the right way of working and what is required in order to gain Swedish work experience.
Routines for guest rooms and public areas, chemical handling, ergonomics and quality control - taught in theory and in practice on site at the hotel.
From breakfast buffet to à la carte. You will gain experience in serving technique, till handling and the guest service that large hotels expect.
Basic kitchen work for those who want to enter the industry, and deeper training for those already at the stove.
